St. Francis Home provides care to residents who have medical or surgical conditions that require therapy services for a limited period of time. These services include physical, occupational, speech or respiratory therapy. 

Since Medicare certification was obtained in 1997, residents can return to their own room at St. Francis Home after a hospital stay to continue their treatment.  This provides comfort and security in a familiar environment with familiar caregivers tending to their needs.  All rooms in St. Francis Home are dually certified by both Medicare and Medicaid which minimizes the need to transfer residents from one room to another, unless their care level requires the need to do so.
