St. Francis Senior Ministries offers a variety of options for independent and assisted living.

Villas: The Villas are for those who can live independently, are at least 62 years of age and desire an active lifestyle free from the concerns of home ownership and maintenance.  They are available on both the St. Francis and Friedman Village campuses and offer independent living with an added sense of security.

Apartments: Elizabeth Schaefer Apartments offer one- and two-bedroom apartments for those who can live independently.  The apartments are located on the St. Francis campus and are available for persons who are at least 62 years of age. Residents experience independent living with an added sense of security and peace of mind in a faith-based environment.

Assisted Living: St. Francis Senior Ministries offers assisted living at Friedman Village at St. Francis.  Caring and knowledgeable staff are available to care for you or your loved one in a safe and secure environment.
