St. Francis Villas
St. Francis Villas offers carefree living in a peaceful, rural setting on the grounds of the Motherhouse of the Sisters of St. Francis of Tiffin.
The villas neighborhood provide a comfortable, secure environment to persons at least 62 years of age who seek a lifestyle free from the concerns of homeownership and maintenance.
The first villas were opened in 1991. Today, there are 35 villa-style homes – 16 duplexes and three single units. The villas are 1,400 square feet with a one-car garage and 1,600 and 1,800 square feet with a two-car garage. Some villas have optional enclosed patios. Villas constructed since 2003 have all-season rooms.
We offer a continuum of care that meets changing lifestyle and healthcare needs in a single location. The choices include independent living, assisted living, dementia care services and intermediate and skilled care nursing.
Residents of St. Francis Villas have priority admission to St. Francis Home if assisted living, rehabilitation or nursing care is required. With that kind of peace of mind, you’re free to live your life to the fullest.
